A Zumba class can work your body, clear your mind, and mend your soul. Come join me for an hour, you'll feel good, look good and have fun burning calories! Zumba Love!
Love your workout, love your body, and love way you feel!

I fell in love with Zumba® five years ago when I started taking classes at Alegria. I decided to become an instructor when the new Strong by Zumba program came out. My passion in life is health and fitness. It is very rewarding to know I am helping others to achieve their fitness goals while having fun at the same time. I feel it is very important for people to incorporate healthy eating habits with their fitness goals to not only enhance wellness, but to lead a healthy active lifestyle and most importantly, to gain confidence and self esteem
Music, dance and intensity of fitness feeds the soul. Tracy spent most of her younger years dancing at a local studio for fun, participated on competitive teams and taught dance as well. She recently discovered a love for POUND™ & took the opportunity to learn more and become licensed to teach! POUND™takes her to a happy place, a temporary escape from the stressors of life! She plans to continue to seek out more opportunities for certifications in other fitness classes and can’t wait to share them with you! My interest in group exercise classes began the year I turned 50. I vowed that I would get into the best shape of my life. My wide suggested a try a group exercise class called, “Insanity” – yikes!!!!
I reluctantly walked into the class, and thought I was going to hurl half-way through (😊). I decided to stick with it and kept returning each week. Having experienced this class, I decided to try others. These classes, along with a healthier diet, allowed me to lose 30 pounds. Unfortunately, I went a bit overboard and started to over-train which resulted in ACL replacement surgery in 2014; again in 2018 (same knee), and 4 months later elbow surgery for a torn lateral epicondylar. As the recommended rehab for knee surgery is cycling (and seeing as I couldn’t use my right arm), I was “forced” to embrace indoor cycling as my primary mode of exercise. Also, while recuperating, I decided to learn more about exercise science in hopes of remaining injury-free. I became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in addition to indoor cycling.
Over-training, incorrect form, frequent injuries, and poor instruction all led to my injuries – so these served as my motivation to educate myself so I could become certified.
