When participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. 


Introducing Music-Led Interval Training
With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. (coming soon)


When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick).  it combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.  Zumba® Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies.

Pound. Rockout. Workout™

A 45 Minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!

Tai Chi


Basic Tai Chi


Classses begin with a standing warm-up to loosen the body which includes gentle stretching and movements. Basic Tai Chi postures and movements will then be shown with an emphasis on proper breathing, mental relaxation and body coordination. The intention is to show how the regular gentle practice of Tai Chi reduces stress, improves strength, balance and well-being.





“AlegrHIIT” is a HIIT class that utilizes (typically eight) rounds of cardio, strength, and/or core exercises to provide a full-body workout with the goal of achieving a higher heart rate in moving the body into a fat-burning mode.

Additional Classes

Barre Defined

This class focuses on a series of movements that strengthen the entire body and ensures that no muscle is overlooked. With a combination of functional strength, ballet, Pilates, and Yoga, you'll use bodyweight as a resistance to focus on alignment and optimal posture while enhancing coordination, balance, and overall strength. Expect a high-energy, intense, and fun workout that will get you into the best shape of your life!

Power Strike

Is a kickboxing class that combines boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This fun and challenging workout will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, burn calories, and build lean muscle.

Uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. (not currently on schedule)


This program is an intense new way to enhance the fitness-party thrill! Instructors who become licensed in this specialty program learn explosive chair-based choreography that will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core, and step up cardio work in a whole new way. Students learn to use a chair and their own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone their physique!


Is an Alegria original fitness class that targets Abs, Arms and well you know what the last A stands for…
This half hour class will provide an intense focus on these three areas of common concern. (not currently on schedule)

Hot Heels

Is an Alegria original dance fitness class that consists of a little bit of Broadway, a hint of hip hop, a taste of twerk and whole lot of sass! This class will include basics of walking in heels, build core and low back stability and strengthen ankle, hamstring and gluteus muscles while feeling like Beyonce and JLO for at least one hour per week. (Heels are required, leggings are recommended)- (not currently on schedule)

All Levels Yoga

In our one hour practice we will build strength, improve flexibility, bring awareness to breath, and learn how it connects to movement to decrease stress and improve mental focus.  We will work on improving balance as we move through various standing and seated poses on our mat. Beginners and seasoned students are welcome.


Combines the muscle sculpting of Pilates, the flexibility of Yoga and nonstop fluid movements and introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
