Tuition

•  Tuition is based on a school year (Sept.-June or 32 weeks of lessons) and will be accepted in monthly, session or yearly installments.
•  The last installment and registration fee are due upon registration.
•  Monthly installment tuition is due on the 1st class of every month prior
•  Cash and Check payments Preferred. 
• An automatic $30 returned check fee will be applied if your check is returned.
•  We will require an active debit/credit card on file for all accounts. If payment for the next month is not received in cash or check by the 10th of the month prior, your account/card will be charged. Credit/debit cards will receive a 3% processing fee on top of all transactions.
• Tuition is due regardless of student attendance. Make up classes are available for missed lessons. Please see your teacher for available times. 
•  Alegria does not issue refunds on any unused lessons, fees or deposits etc. that have not been utilized by the dancer due to their own inability to attend or voluntary withdrawal from any event, program or class. 30 days notice is appreciated.
• If your child needs to take class from home due to Covid 19 or quarantine rules, online classes via Google meets will be provided (while in studio classes are being offered) but no refunds will be issued for that time. If the studio is closed due to any BOH or State mandated closure, we will not replace live classes with virtual classes. We will re-schedule any classes that were effected by the closure up to 14 days. If the closure exceeds 14 days we will refund the month that has been pre-paid.
•  Costumes/t-shirt payments must be paid in full by January 1st. If your child is not participating in the June show, we must know this, in writing by January 1st. If we do not have full payment or notice of non-participation by this date we WILL not order/pay for costumes. Once purchased, costumes are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
• Any pre-orders or purchases from the boutique must be paid for at the time of order or when taking it home off the rack. Please note cash or check is preferred, any charges to the account/card on file will incur the addition fee of 4%.

1st family member is full price. 10% off 2nd member and 15% off 3rd member (lower price prevails) 

Registration fee is $20 for an individual and $30 per family

This program is for an upper level college student (junior or senior) who will need to earn internship hours in a dance environment where they could learn and use skills to help them advance in the dance field. Interns will be monitored and feedback will be given on a regular basis.

Parents can earn points by volunteering for Studio cleaning, costumes, performances and Special Events. The points earned can be redeemed for tuition, costume fees, adult fitness program, logo gear. Points earned will be accumulated and valid for future costs. More info available at the studio.
